If you are planning to have a great holiday with a great Sea, Italy and more precisely Sicily will just be the solution. If you are not very keen on architecture and you prefere folkloristic sides and food related festivals, no problem Pozzallo has very traditonal ones, and maybe the most important is the “Sagra del pesce” (fish festival), on during the week of mid August. An enormous pan, 4 meters diameter, is prepared to cook tipical local fish.
