Italy, Charter Sailing Holidays April 10, 2007

A sailing holiday in Italy is an unforgettable experience, as you encounter the sea in the best possible way. Wake up in the morning and dive in crystal clear waters and then have breakfast with salt still on your lips. Ove from bay to bay, island to island, harbour to harbour, pushed silently by the wind.

Dine in a Mediterranean village trattoria or on board under the starlight in a cockpit fitted out in teak and alcantara. Dance in a hip nigthclub on the coast, or excape far away from everything, relaxed in conversation or gazing at falling stars in a quiet mooring. Every day discover new places, look for new locations, and then with the tender or canoe go to little bays often inaccessible from the coast. There you need only diving masks to pick marvellous shells and swim with many different kinds of colourful fish.

On board you can help manoeuvring the sails and the helm. You can learn to come about, to gybe, and to haul a 55 feet looking out for dolphins fins whil the boat sails on. Extra large padded mats for sun bathing await for you with a rare touch of luxury for a sailing boat.

The Naran is a 55 feet long sailing boat it is equipped with just three guest cabins. That way there will be at most eight persons on board, and it will be up to you how much “social life” you have…

The Naran sails the Mediterranean every year, from Sicily to Sardinia, Corsica, Elba, Greece, Balearic Islands, Croatia … and that means blue sea, white beaches, long nights under starlit sky!
